At NUVDESI, we aim to provide a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

What is the Return Period?

If you wish to return an eligible product, you must initiate the return request within 5 days from the date of delivery. Return requests submitted after the 5-day period will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if the product is:

Unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
Returned in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Gift Cards.
Discounted or Sale Items (unless received damaged or incorrect).
Products specifically marked as Non-Returnable on the product page.
Products returned without original tags or packaging.
Used, washed, altered, or damaged products.

Return Pickup Charges

A ₹99 return pickup fee will be deducted for every approved return request.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned product, it will undergo a quality inspection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or as applicable.

Refund Options

Prepaid Orders

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 2–4 business days after the returned product is received and approved.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Refunds will be processed via NEFT bank transfer within 5–7 business days after the returned product is received and approved. Customers will be required to provide valid bank account details.

Partial Cash on Delivery (Partial COD) Orders

If a Partial COD order is cancelled while the shipment is in transit, both the forward shipping charges and return shipping charges will be deducted. The remaining eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method or as store credit, where applicable.
