At NUVDESI, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and on time. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order.
Order Processing
  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During sale events or festive seasons, order processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery timelines are:
  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days
  • Remote Locations: 5–10 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier partner, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.
  • Free shipping offers, if available, will be automatically applied based on the applicable order value or promotional offer.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation via Email and/or SMS/WhatsApp containing your tracking details. You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If the package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the shipment, the order may be returned to us (RTO).
Partial Cash on Delivery (Partial COD)
For Partial COD orders, the advance payment is non-refundable. If the shipment is returned to origin (RTO) due to non-delivery or refusal, applicable forward and return shipping charges may be deducted as per our policy.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate while placing your order. NUVDESI will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
Damaged Packages
If you receive a damaged or tampered package, please do not accept the delivery. If accepted, you must contact us within 24 hours and provide a clear unboxing video to help us investigate the issue.
